Welcome! Thanks for visiting my ‘blog’. I’m a passionate animal advocate and food lover. You can see more about me and my goals with this site at the bottom of this page! I often hear people say that eating plant-based is “too expensive” or they wonder where they would get their protein. I am here to share with you how nutritious, delicious and inexpensive eating plant-based can be. Once you’ve navigated my five main pages for a few minutes, the very first step is to print or write out the grocery list on “come grocery shopping with me!”, and hop to it!! Most of the stuff doesn’t go bad… It can go in jars, some of it in the freezer, some of it is canned, or spices etc. So, don’t be daunted by the big grocery bill on the first trip because it will last you for months and will create all different cuisines at home!! Then you just need to replenish veggies and perishables every week or two, (which is the really cheap stuff!!!)
So, the five main pages are:
1. Eating In
2. Eating Out (in Vancouver but awesome if you’re reading this from another city!!)
3. Nutrition
4. Come Grocery Shopping!
5. Why Veg
